FAQs

Questions, answered.

If something is not covered here, call and ask.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Frybergh Construction Group is fully licensed under CBC1270641 and carries liability insurance on every project.

Do you provide design services?

Yes. In-house design is part of how we work, so the plan is developed and priced before construction begins.

What permits are required, and who obtains them?

It depends on the scope and the municipality. We are experienced in obtaining permits for the work we perform and handle the paperwork, including coordination with insurance companies where relevant.

Which divisions do you operate?

Three: the Custom Home Division for ground-up residences, the Commercial Division for build-outs and campus work, and the Renovation Division for remodels and additions.

Where do you work?

We build across South Florida and the South West Coast of Florida.

What is an ADU?

An accessory dwelling unit is a self-contained residence on the same lot as a main home, with its own entrance, living space, bathroom and kitchen or kitchenette. Mother-in-law suite is the older name for the same thing.

How do you keep projects on schedule?

Transparent scheduling, a single point of contact, and one team carrying the project from consultation through handover.

Can you provide references or examples of past projects?

Yes. Our project gallery shows completed work across all three divisions, and we are happy to provide references for projects similar to yours.

How do you handle unexpected conditions during construction?

We raise them directly as soon as they surface, explain the options and cost impact, and get your sign-off before proceeding.

How do you approach the design phase?

We start with a consultation to understand the property, the brief and the budget, then develop an in-house design that aligns with all three before work begins.

How do you handle cleanup and final details?

Crews keep the site clean throughout, and we complete a full cleanup and final walkthrough so the finished space is ready to use.
